Hi. Firstly, I just want to say how much I enjoy being a part of this group, even if I’ve mostly been lurking until now. However, I can’t stay quiet any longer and really need your expertise on how to use AI to transform my workflows and bring some real impact to my (very) small business development team, which is basically just me and a very busy CEO. I’m a complete newbie and recently upgraded to ChatGPT Plus (although it keeps reverting to the free version for some reason). Right now, most of our time is spent responding to public sector bids, and I’d love to use AI to help us draft responses more quickly and improve their quality. I’ve got over 150 previous tender responses and feedback letters stored in separate documents, and it’s a struggle to find examples when I need them. I want to organize everything better, collate the feedback into a great checklist, and create “boilerplate” responses for key areas that I can keep updated over time. Any suggestions on how I can use AI to do this? I’ve seen people talking about setting up and training their own ChatGPTs—would that be useful for me? Honestly, I’m not even sure what that means, so any simple explanations or tips would be greatly appreciated. I have a lot more questions, but this is my biggest challenge right now.
