I’d like to create a system to review reports for accuracy and formatting. I don’t know if this would be through a bot, custom gpt or something else. (Kinda new to the AI world)

I run a propety inspection company and we produce reports in an html format (can be downloaded to pdf) we have certain sections where we require a set number of photos and for the photos to be in certain orientation. Would be awesome if something could learn to scan the photos in the report and then check to see if certain comments are selected in the report. For example- if a photo shows personal belongings in a garage our inspectors are instructed to selected a comment stating we have limited visibility.

I really have no experience in this. I have asked chat gpt for help and it did give me instructions… but I really don’t understand it yet.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to create something like this? Thank you 🙏🏻
